1/ As a concession to you to instruct us to sell your property, we agree to discount our commission by such sum that represents the Solicitors Base Legal Fee of Cunningtons solicitors as shown on their sale quotation to you, excluding third party payments should you sell your property through us and should you instruct Cunningtons to act for you on the sale. You are of course free to instruct an alternative solicitor of your own choice if you wish, without the benefit of such concession if you prefer. 2/ Free Legal Fees are not applicable with any other offer publicised by Lanes Estates.
