Louise lives in Solihull and has worked in Estate Agency for over 16 years’ for both independent and corporate companies. Her roles have ranged from Trainee Sales Consultant to senior management, consulting and training. In her last role Louise successfully established an independent Estate Agency for a local firm of solicitors and dedicated herself to the company for four years. Over the recent years Louise saw a gap in the market for an Estate Agency with a modern approach to marketing and customer service and decided it was time to provide the people of Solihull with such a company in January 2011. Louise has one teenage daughter and enjoys spending as much of her time with her as possible. In the small amount of free time she has, Louise practices martial arts, enjoys films and spoiling her dog!

Sonja joined Lanes Estates agents in July 2011. Sonja and Louise have worked together at previous companies for many years and have an excellent working relationship.  Sonja has worked in the Estate Agency industry for 20 years mainly in the Solihull and Sheldon area. Over the years Sonja has earned herself an excellent reputation both with the public and within the profession. Sonja enjoys all aspects of her job and finds it both satisfying and rewarding, her particular forte is matching the right buyer to the right property and providing clients with an honest and professional service. Sonja lives in Solihull and has three children and four grandchildren who all keep her busy outside of office hours! She enjoys Yoga, cooking, dress making, entertaining and gardening. Sonja has a particular interest in fine wines and reading.

Glenn is the creative mind behind Lanes Estates excellent marketing. Glenn has worked in marketing and advertising for the last 16 years. Glenn has worked for major advertising agencies including Saatchi and Saatchi. Glenn has always had an interest in property so enjoys working within Estate Agency and brings to the firm the skills to make your property stand out from the rest. Glenn has two children aged 13 and 15 and has lived in Solihull for the last two years. In his spare time Glenn enjoys photography, painting and gardening. Glenn is also an accomplished musician.
